Coverage

• Accidental Death – P50,000.00 Covers the Insured Person against death due to accidental injuries.
• Disablement Benefit – P50,000.00 Should the Insured Person be totally and permanently disabled due to accidental injuries, this benefit will be paid to him/her in cash.
• Cash Living Allowance – P36,000.00 Should the Insured Person be totally and permanently disabled due to accidental injuries, he/she will be provided with a monthly cash living allowance of P3,000.00 for twelve (12) months.
• Food & Food Supplement, Vitamins Allowance – P24,000.00 Should the Insured Person be totally and permanently disabled due to accidental injuries, he/she will be provided with a monthly cash allowance of P2,000.00 for twelve (12) months.
• Burial Assistance – P10,000.00 Provides P10,000.00 Cash Benefit for burial expenses.
• Unprovoked Murder & Assault – P50,000.00 Should the Insured Person die or be totally and permanently disabled due to unprovoked murder and assault, this benefit will be paid.
